Shipping policy

Processing times

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During busy periods (new releases, promotions, conventions…), this time may be slightly longer.

Delivery methods

  • Deliveries are handled by partner carriers.

  • Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.

  • Once shipped, your order should arrive within an estimated 2 to 7 business days in mainland France, and longer for international destinations.

Order tracking

  • A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

  • The customer is responsible for checking that the address provided when ordering is correct.

Delivery delays or issues

  • ChattoChatto cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs.

  • If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at the following address: teamchattochatto@gmail.com

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
